My extensive knowledge of home construction made it a natural transition to helping those looking to Sell and find homes in Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and surrounding areas.

I combine my Real Estate and my contractor experience and look for reasons for you not to buy the home….which may sound counter intuitive, but in reality helps you make a more informed decision when you do find your perfect home. Together I will carefully talk you through the buying process and explain all the steps in detail so you feel comfortable.
